  Attended almost a week ago. Was advised intial consult was free, x-rays/scans were $200+ and treatments were around $70. I advised I was not wanting to get x-rays/scans so the receptionist suggested I just do the initial consult which is what I did. During the consult I asked the chiropractor whether I could get the scans at an x-ray clinic (and through Medicare) and was told that other places don't take the scans the same way they do so if I were to get them elsewhere they would likely have to take their own scans anyway. I asked if I could have treatment without the scans and was told no. I was then charged $70 for a treatment I didn't have (and that i was advised earlier was free - being initial consult). I was also advised that some photos taken during the consult would be provided to me however when the receptionist went to print them was told they were having printer troubles. She told me they would email them to me instead however the photos never come!

  Update: Dr Hannah has since contacted me and was very quick to resolve this matter. Photos have now been received and a refund processed from their end. Thank you for your prompt response.
